This policy explains what information Neuvexa Technologies (“Neuvexa”, “we”, “us”) collects through neuvexa.ae, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Neuvexa Technologies is a UAE-registered company, licensed in the Sharjah free zone.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- what you tell us about your project, and the approximate number of people it would serve, if you choose it;
- technical details sent with the form: your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page you submitted from, and the date and time.
When you email us at hello@neuvexa.ae, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you simply browse the site, we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- to send you one confirmation email that we received your request;
- to prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one;
- to protect the site and the form against spam and abuse (for example, limiting how many requests come from one IP address).
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing or newsletter lists. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask first.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and email. They process your information only on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the website, runs the contact form, stores enquiries and sends our automatic emails. Enquiries are stored in AWS’s Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region.
- Zoho Mail provides our company email, where enquiries are delivered to our team.
- Cloudflare provides the domain name service (DNS) for neuvexa.ae.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on the site, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed outside the UAE. We choose providers with strong security and data-protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on a project discussion. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for the project and for legal and accounting purposes. After that, we delete the information.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication, and we keep activity logs and alerts on our systems.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason;
- stop contacting you.
Email hello@neuvexa.ae with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
